Located in the remote south west of Tasmania, the Western Arthurs Traverse presents one of Australia's most challenging bushwalking objectives. Our twelve days in the south west wilderness allow us enough time to do a complete traverse of the range with extra time for side trips and contigency. By far our most challenging trek, this expedition follows the rugged spine of Australia's most heavily glaciated mountain range containing 22 peaks and over 30 lakes.The Western Arthur's Traverse is open to people with previous unsupported pack carrying, bushwalking experience.
